Boxing 101 - June Training




4 Weeks out from the next fights ( UBX - Owner /Trainer Stewart Mitchell) is getting his team in shape, through his own unique workout style. Stewart's coaching style get's  the individual boxer moving from strength to strength - by working on the basics, and work, work work.....  

Shaping up


From the beginner to the more experience fighter, Stewart's passion for the sport, is felt by all at the end of  training. You would say you've busted your Ass ..... But Stew would say 

 " Go home you've earned your Shag...."
